1. What This Website Is

This is an independent reference website. It does not hold official records, complete government forms, perform official background checks, or retrieve documents for a visitor.

Its material identifies the Sheridan County Sheriff, County and District Court clerks, Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, and Nebraska Sex Offender Registry as the proper sources for their records. Official access is governed by rules that include the Nebraska Public Records Statutes, Neb. Rev. Stat. §29-3523, and court access policies. Linked outside search tools may also assist with research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Every visitor agrees not to:
